Blue and Silver Tassel Father Card On white remnant, stamp and emboss the word Father in silver. Layer remnants on card, as shown in picture. Before adhering to card, make two small cuts on the silver remnant at top left corner of card. Thread tassel and tie as shown. Complete card by gluing all layers and silver corners.
